SPRING IN THE BACKYARD / OUTDOOR LIVING

Over the last five years, I've learned that there are few things that make your outdoor living spaces - the staples that bring it to life and truly allow you to live comfortably outdoors.  We've tried to be intentional about investing in those things over the last few years: a dining table that allows us to take our happy hours outside, an umbrella to provide shade, tiny, rechargeable lamps that create the perfect ambiance at sunset, and seating that's comfortable to gather friends + family.  This year, I wanted to focus on the backyard.  The view we see from our bedroom each morning and bringing it to life.  As y'all know, mama's crossing her fingers over here for a pool, but while we wait on the perfect timing, I want us to enjoy our backyard to the fullest.  This Summer, I'm planning to set up an umbrella in the grass, lounge chairs, Linen's baby pool, lay out a quilt and beach towels, and soak up the sunshine.  Between the size of our little house and the fact that we spend so much time there, we really utilize our outdoor spaces and view them as an extension of our home.  From the front porch to the backyard, the charm is endless.
